An NPAI parcel is a package returned to the sender because the recipient couldn’t be located at the specified address. These parcels may contain a wide variety of items that could not be delivered to their final destination. They often originate from major players like Amazon or luxury brands in Europe, and may include beauty products, home or garden items, high-tech gadgets, tableware, branded shoes, toys, games, decorative objects, car parts, branded clothing, and more.
Our NPAI parcels are sourced from various logistics partners across Europe who consolidate and resell undelivered parcels. They typically consist of undelivered merchandise, unclaimed deliveries, or shipments with incorrect addresses.
All our items are new and in good condition. However, some products may have minor defects. We do not open the parcels, but based on extensive customer deliveries, we can guarantee 99% satisfaction with the parcel contents.
