Article 1: SCOPE OF APPLICATION

Article 2: PRICE

Article 5: PAYMENT CONDITIONS

Article 6: DELIVERY – GENERAL
The products acquired by the Buyer will be delivered in mainland France and abroad by post, Mondial Relay or DPD logistics within a maximum period of 2 weeks, to the address indicated by the Buyer when ordering on the Site .
The Seller undertakes to make its best efforts to deliver the products ordered by the Buyer within the deadlines specified above. Delivery is deemed to have been made upon delivery of the products ordered by the Seller to the consumer. It is therefore up to the Buyer to check shipments on arrival and to inform the delivery person of any reservations and complaints that appear justified upon delivery.
