At Colis-Jackpot, we closely collaborate with Amazon Europe’s return platforms, allowing us to offer our pallets at competitive prices.

They consist of an unchecked mix, returned directly by customers and logistics providers, with no intermediate verification. This means that all valuable items originally included in shipments are still inside the parcels. These are typically 14-day returns from customers who often send items back simply because the color, size, or product does not suit them.

In 2024, Amazon’s return rate is approximately 18 to 20%. You can request a product return within 14 days of receipt, without providing a reason, for a full refund (including product price and shipping costs) under the legal right of withdrawal. Amazon allows returns in each country up to the 30th day, with a refund of the product price excluding shipping costs.
